The World Leap event is arriving on November 12th giving players a chance to transfer from one world to another. You will not be able to move a character if you have the max number of characters 40 on the desired world. Yes the world transfer event comes around rarely but when it does you can transfer characters between worrlds. Primary reason is that reboot does not have scrolls or bonus potential bringing in outside characters would go against this.
